Privacy Policy

manageyourads.ai (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is a tool that helps advertisers create, duplicate, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads in bulk, and review the performance of those ads. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to data we process on your behalf, including data accessed through the Meta platform.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what the Service needs to work:

• Account identity. When you sign in with Firebase Authentication, we receive your email address, a user ID, and your display name.
• Meta (Facebook) data. When you connect your Meta account via OAuth, we access — strictly to provide the Service — your ad accounts and Businesses, your campaigns, ad sets, ads and their performance insights (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), the Facebook Pages you manage and their promotable posts, and your product catalogs. We receive a Meta access token, which is encrypted at rest and never stored in plaintext.
• Creative assets. Images and videos you upload to publish as ads.
• Configuration. Naming conventions, ad-set and ad templates, saved copy, and workspace/organization settings you create.
• Billing data. If you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we keep your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.
• Operational logs. Request metadata (timestamps, correlation IDs, error context) used to operate and debug the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To publish, duplicate, and manage ads in your Meta ad accounts at your direction.
• To display dashboards and surface your best-performing ad copy (“Copy Bank”).
• To let you reuse existing Page posts as ads (“Post ID Scaling”).
• To manage your organization, workspaces, and team members.
• To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use data accessed through Meta only to provide and improve these features for you, in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell your data, and we do not use Meta data for advertising of our own products beyond the aggregated, de-identified analytics Meta permits.

3. How we store and protect your data

Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Firestore, Cloud SQL PostgreSQL, and Cloud Storage for media). Meta access tokens are encrypted using a key held in Google Secret Manager. Access is restricted by authentication and per-organization isolation, traffic is served over HTTPS, and uploads are validated and size-limited. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

4. How we share your information

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• Meta Platforms — to perform the ad operations you request on your behalf.
• Google Cloud Platform & Firebase — hosting, database, storage, and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe’s privacy policy).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can:

• Disconnect Meta at any time from the app’s settings, which removes your stored Meta access tokens.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing contact@manageyourads.ai. We will delete your personal data and revoke Meta access within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may also revoke this app’s access at any time from your Facebook settings, under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites, depending on your account). Removing it there invalidates the access token we hold and stops all further access to your Meta data.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@manageyourads.ai.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and advertisers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for any such transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the Service.
